It’s that time of year where the leaves start to change and the climate drops if you live in the North, like I do. It’s seriously been raining here in Northern Minnesota for the past couple days. Last week it rained too. It’s only October 10th and it’s a whopping 37 degrees❄️you look outside in the morning and it’s dreary and raining. You go to bed and it’s the same thing. This kind of weather can really take a toll on a persons psych if you let it or don’t have some remedies to combat it.
