Happy Friday friends! It’s a blustery -26 degrees and you can feel it in your bones. I wanted to take some new pics outside of some of the awesome deals I found. But, being that it’s so cold I decided to share with you some of my favorite beauty products. If your a busy mom or just a busy women these products are going to save you time and money. So sit back and enjoy:)
1. How many moms out there would love to go to the spa and get a facial? Who wouldn’t, right? But, let’s be realistic.. we moms barely have time to pee, let alone take a day to get pampered. So, here is the next best thing… grapefruit mud facial mask! I tried it today and LOVED it! You only have to keep it on for 5 to 10 minutes and than it’s done! My face looked bright and smooth. This little gem was under $5 bucks and I found it @Target!
2. So, living in Minnesota the winters can be brutal and that can take a toll on my hair. It costs a lot to go to the salon every 6 weeks and having a large family I just can’t afford to do that all the time. So, this is one of my favorite products that helps my hair looking healthy but not at the salon prices. This is Rejuvabeads and this stuff is amazing. It’s by Monat and I’ve been using there products for a year. If you have split ends, put this on the ends of your hair and it will completely look like you just got your haircut! You can get these products online or by getting in touch with a Monat rep.
3. Okay, here is the one product that can really save you some money. I’ve been on the fence about getting lash extensions for awhile. I don’t know if I’m going to like them or if I’ll be able to keep up with the maintenance? So, I bought this mascara at the MAC store in MPLS. I told the gal at the counter that I wanted mascara that will excentuate my lashes. She recommended that I get this.. upward lash in black. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how much it made my lashes look longer. You can get this online or in stores. It’s $24 dollar but well worth it if you don’t want to spend $150 on lash extensions. 4. Root touch-up is my friend! Here is another way to skip the salon if you have to. I tend to get gray hair in the very front of my hairline. For a quick in between salon visits, I use this and it works just fine. I usually do this when the little ones are in bed. It only takes 10 minutes and poof you are done! You can pick this up at any drug store or @Target where I got mine. $6.99
5. Last but not least.. since I’ve been obsessed with the topic of hair let’s talk about this new product I found. So, as I was getting my root touch-up I saw this and it caught my attention only because I’ve been needing to get into the salon to fix the brassiness of my hair. I don’t have the time to get in. So, when I noticed that this whole line is specific to different types of hair and needs I grabbed it. I haven’t tried this yet but I’m excited to see the results. This was a little more than I usually spend on hair products from drugstores but I thought if this works, than this will save me a whole lot of time and money. This was $14.00 and I found this @Target.
Well, I hope this will help you in time and money!
