10 Self Care ideas to try

Happy Wednesday! I don’t know about you but I happen to love this day. Why? its the middle of the week, my kids get out early, and I usually do something to take care of myself.  Yes, I do something for ME! We as women have so many things on our plate from being a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. I didn’t even get into work. It can be overwhelming trying to juggle all these roles. That’s why taking care of yourself is so vital in being good with who you are and what you have going on in your life. I know its hard to think about giving yourself some free time or doing something nice for yourself, but I promise the kids will be fine and the house will not burn down if you step away for thirty to sixty minutes. That’s where hubby comes in or arrange for a sitter or grandparents to help. I promise you will feel AMAZING after you’ve taken care of yourself. Below I have put together a list of some self-care ideas you can try. Enjoy! Oh, and remember mamas… you cannot pour from a glass half empty.
